As a Senior Engineering Manager at Meta, I have mastered the art of time management and achieved results beyond expectations while maintaining a good work life balance. I'm excited to mentor the participants of this Circle about time management for Engineering Managers. Through the sessions, I will provide practical strategies and insights to help them improve their work-life balance. I'm confident that my 20 years of experience in the tech industry will make me a valuable resource for the Circle.

Circle Description

This Circle is designed for busy Engineering Managers who feel like they need help to better manage their time. In this Circle, I will explore strategies to help participants to become more efficient and productive. Participants will learn how to prioritize tasks more effectively. Plus, participants will identify when and how to say No and use the productivity cycle to schedule their time effectively. By the end of this Circle, participants will be able to confidently manage their time, be in control of their own schedules and will be equipped to achieve a better work-life rhythm.
